The Third Son by Dyan Layne

I'm not 100% sure how to put my thoughts and emotions into words on this story. It was so unique, and the love the main characters shared was written into every word and look passed between them. I always recommend going into books blind if you have no TW.

I loved the unique story and beliefs of the small town. The way it flowed and everyone was a part of the community and accepted. I couldn't stop reading the story and loved how it all came together. It was a feel-good story that made me warm and fuzzy inside. Throw in the taboo, forbidden element of step-siblings, and it was the perfect mix.

Kellan was my grumpy guy, scared to get his heart broken. Tanner was my cinnamon roll, who jumped in with both feet. Arien was level-headed but let her heart speak for her. The three together were the perfect throuple.
