Elle is a tough, walls-up, always looking out for others type of young woman who is a mushy teddy bear inside. Talon is a strong, stubborn, proud man who wants to prove himself to his uncle. Talon and Elle are instantly attracted to each other, but Elle fights it by being a b*tch to him. Once these two collide, it is hot and unstoppable. They are perfect for each other, smoothing the other's rough edges. I had a hard time putting this story down and can't wait to read the next one.
